Tract 1: The South Half and the Northwest Quarter (S/2 NW/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Six (6) South, Range Nineteen (19) West of the 6th P.M. Rooks County, Ks. being 480 acres more or less Sold - $312,000.00

Tract 2: The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Six (6) South, Range Nineteen (19) West of the 6th P.M. Rooks County, Ks. being 160 acres more or less Sold - $137,000.00

Minerals: Surface only for a period of 20 years from the date of this sale or as long as there is active production. Then and then only, the minerals will revert back to the surface owners.
