Auction Location: The School Building at Zurich, Kansas – Zurich is Located 7 Miles West of Plainville, Kansas along Highway 18. The School Building is on the West Edge of Zurich and the North Side of the Highway.

Land Location: Property is located 2 ½ mi. South of Zurich, Ks on 10 Road to Northeast Corner of Property

Legal Description: The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 9, Township 10 South, Range 19 West of the 6^th P.M., Rooks County, Kansas being 160 acres more or less

Crop Shares: Buyer shall receive the landlords share of 2011 wheat crop being an undivided 1/3^rd interest. There are 92 acres planted to wheat and Buyer shall be required to reimburse tenant the landlords share of the fertilizer expense in the amount of $469.20. Buyer shall also be responsible for 1/3^rd of the expense of any herbicide application in the spring.
