COMMENCING at a 5/8" uncapped rebar at the Southeast Corner (SE/c) of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4); thence N1°14'06"E (this and all following bearings are based on the Kansas State Plane Coordinate System 1983, North Zone) along the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4) a distance of 565.38 feet; thence N83°01'58"W a distance of 30.15 feet to a 5/8" rebar with pink plastic cap stamped "PENCO CLS-42" on the westerly right-of-way line of County Road 18 Terrace as described in Quit Claim Deed Book 4 at Page 345 dated November 7, 1927 of the Rooks County Register of Deeds Office, said position being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N83°01'58W" a distance of 294.75 feet to a 5/8" rebar with pink plastic cap stamped "PENCO CLS-42"; thence N3°31'17"W a distance of 209.92 feet to a 5/8" rebar with pink plastic cap stamped "PENCO CLS-42"; thence N1°04'31"W a distance of 204.91 feet to a 5/8" rebar with pink plastic cap stamped "PENCO CLS-42"; thence S87°07'07"E a distance of 319.08 feet to a 5/8" rebar with pink plastic cap stamped "PENCO CLS-42" on said westerly right-of-way line of County Road 18 Terrace; thence S1°14'06"W along said westerly right-of-way line a distance of 434.21 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
