The master bathroom is spacious and has an oversized Onyx walk in shower. STRUCTURAL QUALITIES: Engineered I-Joists ( floor joists ), Trussed roof, Attic Insulation ( R-38 Batt ) – Exterior 2x6 walls insulated with 5” urethane foam insulation (R-27) -Interior bedroom and bathroom walls insulated to help with noise reduction from room to room. Ft. Anderson patio door and casement windows, LVP flooring, carpeted bedrooms.
