Inspired by its unique siding color and generous closet space, this three-bedroom two-bathroom home is the perfect "Hideaway" for you. This house has an open ranch style floor plan (1,920 Square feet). There is a staircase roughed in for a basement foundation and beautiful Gerkin casement windows throughout providing a lot of natural light. The master bathroom is spacious and has an oversized Onyx walk in shower. STRUCTURAL QUALITIES: Engineered I-Joists ( floor joists ), Trussed roof, Attic Insulation ( R-38 Batt ) – Exterior 2x6 walls insulated with 5” urethane foam insulation (R-27) -Interior bedroom and bathroom walls insulated to help with noise reduction from room to room. Built by the graduating Construction Technology class of 2026, instructor Ethan Kriley.  Units are two-bedroom, one bath, nice sized kitchen w/island.  Overall structure is 30' x 64', each half is roughly 960 sq. Ft. Anderson patio door and casement windows, LVP flooring, carpeted bedrooms.
