Fort Hay Tech/North Central - Selling another Quality Built House Approximately 1920 Sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath and new this year will be a Duplex all built by the 2026 graduating class of the Fort Hays Tech/North Central Carpentry Class, Ethan Kriley, Instructor. This will be a live auction with live online bidding included!.

June 30, 2026 will be selling at public auction 222.73 Acres for the Cora Lou Ryan Estate.  The sellers are Sean Ryan & Jim Ryan. This sale will include a 3 acre farmstead, an older brick home, 2-car garage, barn and workshop along with 130.82 Acres of Grassland and 88.91 Acres of Cultivation. Also selling will be 2/3 of the producing minerals. The 2024 production was 1079Bbls. The 2025 production has as of this date not been reported. The purchaser will receive the Sellers 1/3 share of the harvested Wheat, and will be responsible for 1/3 of fertilizer & spraying costs. Since the harvest will have been completed, the purchaser's 1/3 share will be at the local elevator, or sold and the purchaser will receive the cash as to the date of sale.
