Tuesday June 30th. 2026 at 10:00AM in the VFW Hall at 204 East Main Street in Victoria Kansas  - Selling at public auction 222.73 Acres for the Cora Lou Ryan Estate.  The sellers are Sean Ryan & Jim Ryan. This sale will include a 3 acre farmstead, an older brick home, 2-car garage, barn and workshop along with 130.82 Acres of Grassland and 88.91 Acres of Cultivation. Also selling will be 2/3 of the producing minerals. The 2024 production was 1079Bbls. The 2025 production has as of this date not been reported. The purchaser will receive the Sellers 1/3 share of the harvested Wheat, and will be responsible for 1/3 of fertilizer & spraying costs. Since the harvest will have been completed, the purchaser's 1/3 share will be at the local elevator, or sold and the purchaser will receive the cash as to the date of sale.
